Sharing tools, tips and techn...Certainly, I agree. Sharing tools, tips and techniques from any organization is helpful to not have to reinvent the wheel. However, each organization should carefully consider their culture, vision, mission and strategy in order to build upon best practices that fit and integrate within the organization. Also,the top "3" big challenges are the customization of the best practice for the organization, buy in from the user community and support from the sponsoring organization implementing the change/best practice into the organization.
